A Fun 1 hr fitness class for boys run by a mentor for strength & conditioning:

 

  • Incorporates circuit training, resistance training and development for agility & co-ordination

  • Focus on footwork, timing and technique

  • A self-defence

  • Great for self-esteem and anti-bullying

  • Perfect cross-training for Union, League or AFL

  • Classes Tues & Thurs at 5:00pm
